Shipping Policy

Capsule shipping delay: Due to high demand and back orders, capsule orders currently take 2–3 weeks to ship out.

Shipping is free on all orders over $500. Orders of $50 or more pay no handling fee — the $5 handling fee applies only to orders under $50.

Processing Time

Orders are shipped within 1–3 days. Once shipped, all orders are delivered via UPS 2nd Day Air — except PO box addresses, which ship via USPS Priority Mail. Payment and proof of payment must be received before your order is processed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Incorrect or Invalid Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including any apartment, suite, unit, building, or floor number. If a package is returned to us or cannot be delivered because the address provided was wrong or invalid, the order is not eligible for a refund. To have your order reshipped to a corrected address, please contact us at aaaminocustomerservice@gmail.com. Reshipments due to an incorrect or invalid address incur a $25 reshipment fee.

Tracking

All shipments include full tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. You can track your package using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging to protect your privacy. Products are carefully packed to maintain integrity during transit, including temperature-sensitive items which may include cold packs when necessary.
