No Refunds After Payment Is Sent, Shipped, or Processed
Refunds are not available after payment has been sent and your order has been processed, shipped, or fulfilled. Please review your order details and shipping address carefully before sending payment. If your package cannot be delivered because the address you provided was wrong or invalid, the order is not refundable — contact us at allamericanamino@gmail.com to arrange a reshipment for a $25 fee.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of research chemicals and the strict quality controls required, all sales are final — we do not offer refunds or accept returns on opened or unopened products. Once a product has shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at aaaminocustomerservice@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence. We will reship the correct item free of charge — no reshipment fee applies. Reshipment is the only remedy for damaged or incorrect items — refunds are not issued.
Incorrect or Invalid Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including any apartment, suite, unit, building, or floor number. If a package is returned to us or cannot be delivered because the address provided was wrong or invalid, the order is not eligible for a refund. To have your order reshipped to a corrected address, contact us at aaaminocustomerservice@gmail.com — reshipments due to an incorrect or invalid address incur a $25 reshipment fee.
