Refund & Return Policy

Unopened Products

Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be in the same condition it was received, with all seals intact. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

Opened Products

Due to the nature of research chemicals and the strict quality controls required, we cannot accept returns on opened products. Once a product seal has been broken, the item is considered used and is non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at allamericanamino@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
